Programme Director - Organisational Simplification

We are partnering with a leading global financial services organisation on a Programme Director hire, to drive Organisational Simplification. We are looking for a transformation leader with deep expertise in delivering large-scale operating model redesign and change programmes within global, matrixed environments. You will have a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, simplifying structures, reducing cost and embedding sustainable change. Individuals MUST have a background/experience of operating as a Management Consultant and core capabilities will include:

• organisational simplification and operating model design
• programme leadership and governance
• enterprise-wide change delivery
• workforce and structural simplification
• change adoption
• HR and Functional TOMs
• cost reduction and benefits realisation
