Job Description

We are seeking a driven and passionate Programme Coordinator to join our growing team. Our Programme Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that their portfolio of our tutoring programmes is delivered effectively and that students receive high-quality tuition from their tutors.

Location:

Hybrid, with monthly visits to our London office and regular college travel (2/3 days a week, with up to 4/5 days in busy periods).

Travel:

You will be required to regularly travel to your assigned colleges, so reliable means of transport (e.g., car/bus/train) is essential. Colleges you may need to travel to include: Hopwood Hall Rochdale campus and Hopwood Hall Middleton campus. For travel to the London office, you will be able to claim expenses.

Hours:

Full-time (37.5 hours/week Monday to Friday, flexible working patterns available)

Contract:

Fixed-term until August 2026

28th July 2025

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 300 students, ensuring engagement with tutoring sessions.
  • Prepare for programme launches, including timetabling and logistics.
  • Maximise student reach by filling tutoring spaces and maintaining a pipeline of students.
  • Develop strategies to enhance engagement and track attendance using Salesforce CRM.
  • Prioritise safeguarding and student safety.
Tutor Performance and Delivery:
  • Oversee tutor task and session management for quality delivery.
  • Conduct check-ins with tutors, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Observe tutoring sessions to uphold standards and improve effectiveness.
College Relationships and Logistics:
  • Build and maintain relationships with college staff.
  • Manage logistical arrangements like scheduling and room bookings.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders and contribute to impact reports.
  • Support contract renewals to sustain and grow partnerships.
Innovation and Improvement:
  • Identify operational improvements for efficiency.
  • Contribute to projects like tutor training and student engagement initiatives.
  • Lead special projects aligned with organisational goals.
