Technical skills and Experience required:
- Must have Active Security Clearance
- 10+ years of Banking / Financial Crime experience
- Strong AML & Sanctions transformation background
- Transaction Monitoring implementation and optimization experience
- Enterprise risk assessment expertise
- Customer risk model design experience
- SWIFT and Correspondent Banking knowledge
- Financial Crime operating model transformation experience
- Vendor evaluation / solution selection exposure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
