What we're looking for

Venatus is looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Yield and Programmatic, you will become an integral part of onboarding new supply while working closely with SSP partners from day one to drive Open Marketplace revenue and maximise yield performance.

A key focus of this role will be on the optimisation of demand and monetisation strategies across our publisher portfolio. This includes identifying inefficiencies in setup or demand routing, uncovering gaps in SSP coverage, and ensuring all available inventory is fully monetised. You will be expected to proactively audit site integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with the Publisher Operations team to ensure approved sites are correctly configured and consistently delivering against revenue expectations.

You will collaborate with the Publisher Business Development and Publisher Operations teams to streamline onboarding, maintain high fill rates, and continually improve performance. Transparency with internal teams is critical-clear communication of next steps, platform considerations, and commercial opportunities is essential to ensure stakeholders are aligned and empowered to support our partners effectively.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a professional, solutions-oriented approach. Strong cross-functional collaboration and maintaining an open line of communication with internal teams is key to success in delivering optimal results for our publishers.

Responsibilities

  • Close collaboration with the SSP and DSP Partners team to keep up to date with new sites coming on board

  • Working with SSP partners and getting the new inventory reviewed on weekly basis

  • Quarterly audits of rejected sites for their reapprovals

  • Assisting PubOps with optimisations and responding to queries that directly influences revenue.

  • Preparing monthly highlights of top inventory for SSPs

  • Overseeing the management of brand and category exclusions in line with publisher needs on SSP platforms

  • Assisting with SSP/DSP reporting & analysis

  • Supporting wider Programmatic Team

Requirements

  • Good awareness and knowledge of the wider gaming/advertising landscape.

  • Basic knowledge of programmatic ecosystem
