Program Lead for SAP Implementation (80%) - SAP/Order to Cash/Procure to Pay/Finance IFRS

Project:
Our client is looking for a highly experienced Program Lead for an SAP implementation (including the replacement of Legacy ERP systems and the redesign of the CRM landscape), approximately 80% workload. The Program Lead is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the associated projects, ensures content-related, scheduling, and organizational coherence, and manages cross-project dependencies, risks, and decisions. Responsibilities:
* Coordination and synchronization of the program's projects
* Management of dependencies, milestones, and joint releases
* Preparation of cross-project reports for the Steering Committee (SteerCo )
* Escalation of goal, resource, or prioritization conflicts within or between projects to the Steering Committee (SteerCo
* Preparation of decision-making documents for the Steering Committee (SteerCo) in collaboration with the (Pre-)Decision Board
* Moderation and coordination of the (Pre-)Decision Board

Non-Responsibilities:
* Operational project management of individual streams (represented by the project manager)
* Technical process design decisions (represented by the (Pre-)Decision Board)
* Budget and scope approvals (represented by the Steering Committee) Requirements:
* Knowledge of SAP projects
* Several years of experience as a project manager/program lead in a challenging multi-project setup (change management/communication)
* Knowledge of (one or more) the "Order to Cash," "Procure to Pay," and "Finance IFRS" processes
