Project Together Program Manager Mission The program manager is responsible for the interdisciplinary Project Together (PENS) program of the ENAC faculty, in collaboration with the dean of the faculty, the directors, and the assistants of the three sections (architecture, civil engineering, environmental science and engineering). Main tasks and responsibilities of the PENS study plan management and PENS courses launching and managing calls for proposals for PENS courses and projects discussions with teachers regarding course proposals selection of courses alignment of the course offerings with the ENAC and the X teaching program in collaboration with the Academic Service review and updating of course information sheets / renewal letters for pre-registration and student registration for courses on the IS-Academia entering grades for the weeks of courses with the teaching support center conducting feedback sessions with teaching teams and the annual budget management in collaboration with the financial manager of and invoices of the website of and and the production and multimedia dissemination with the service of managing projects and design for the faculty related to active collaboration with the ENAC service and the Professional Promotion Service management and of sessions contact with members tracking decisions and implementing necessary actions Profile Holder of a degree X in one of the ENAC disciplines: environment, architecture, and civil engineering or equivalent title required. Oral and written proficiency in French and English is essential. Interest in the field of Architectural and Built Environment. Experience in interdisciplinary teaching. Professional experience in a higher education institution. Good understanding of the academic world. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey credibility to the teaching staff.
