Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager within the Sustainability to lead the EMEA marketplace strategy and ensure compliance with the Recovered Products and Unsold Goods Reporting Regulation and the Ban on Recycling & Destruction. This role drives planning, roadmap development, and delivery of optimized business processes and solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams across EMEA and Global counterparts.

Program Manager - Key Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and execution to meet EU regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
• Develop and implement business operations solutions for the Ban on Recycling & Destruction, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Collaborate with Global Sustainability and cross-functional teams on compliance, data, and technology solutions.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication frameworks, driving decision-making and progress against targets.

Program Manager - Key Requirements

• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs in matrixed organizations (retail/B2C preferred).
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage priorities, and resolve conflicts.
• Expertise in digital transformation, change management, and program delivery where data and tech are critical.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and storytelling skills to advocate for transformation.
• Self-starter with cultural awareness and ability to simplify complex topics into clear risks and opportunities.

Program Manager - Contract Details

• Start: January 2026
• Duration: 12 months with extensions
• Location: Hilversum. 3 days onsite per month
• Salary/Hourly rate: Please let us know your expectations
