Program Manager - Operational Delivery

The role you have applied for is a critical role for the ongoing success and growth of our family and enables us to continue to deliver the best care possible, to as many people as possible, to as close to home as possible.

This pivotal role will work with clinical, operational and project teams to:

• Lead new-centre commissioning and site readiness
• Develop workflows, training and onboarding programmes
• Coordinate operational milestones, resources and dependencies
• Manage delivery risks and support mitigation planning
• Help implement new services, systems and technologies

We are looking for a clinically qualified professional with strong management, stakeholder engagement and programme delivery experience. Experience in healthcare, particularly radiation oncology, clinical systems or transformation projects, would be highly regarded.
