This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *leading and coordinating complex projects across multiple team*.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Program and Process Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple teams. This role is responsible for driving planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact programs and multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish.

• Define scope, timelines, and goals in partnership with various departments.

• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery.

• Align teams, manage dependencies, and support decision-making.

• Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure resource planning stays on track.

• Support yearly planning and promote best practices in project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Strong experience in project and process management.

• Skilled in tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Ability to manage detailed documentation and workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of data governance and compliance (eg, Digital Markets Act).

• Familiarity with privacy and data-sharing standards.
