This is a chance to step into a role that shapes the future of legal advice delivery at one of the UK's most progressive legal services businesses. The firm is going through a period of positive growth and change, and we are seeking someone with real technical strength in either Employment Law or Landlord & Tenant Law who also has a passion for developing people. This role blends subject matter expertise with training and mentoring, giving you the chance to guide and grow a team of Legal Advisors who sit on the frontline of the Legal Advice service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and design training (both face-to-face and online).
  • Act as a technical referral point and coach colleagues to build their confidence and capability.
  • Shape how the Legal Advice teams evolve with a real say in their development and direction.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical background in either Employment Law or Landlord & Tenant Law.
  • Experience of training, coaching or mentoring others.
  • People management experience is a plus, but the focus is on helping others grow.
Location & Schedule

Based in central Bristol, working on a hybrid basis (typically three days in the office). Travel to the South of Wales is part of the role, usually a couple of times a month. The role is ideally full-time, with part-time considered if you can commit to at least four days a week.

Culture & Benefits
