Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) - Property 6+ PQE Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Property Solicitor looking to step away from fee-earning while continuing to use your technical expertise and influence how legal services are delivered?

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded legal team in a strategic Professional Support Lawyer role, supporting both the Commercial Property and Residential Property departments.

This is an ideal move for a technically strong solicitor who enjoys research, knowledge sharing and developing others. You'll play a key role in maintaining technical standards, improving processes and helping lawyers across the wider Property team deliver an excellent service to clients.

The Role:

Working across Commercial and Residential Property, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining legal precedents, templates and practical guidance
• Providing technical advice and research on complex Property matters
• Delivering training and supporting the professional development of colleagues
• Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes and communicating their impact
• Preparing client updates and contributing to thought leadership
• Supporting business development initiatives
• Driving improvements in legal technology, processes and efficiency
• Promoting consistency, collaboration and best practice across both teams

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in Commercial Property and/or Residential Property
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills
• Previous PSL experience advantageous, although experienced fee-earners looking for a career change are encouraged to apply
• Excellent research, communication and organisational skills
• Experience of training, mentoring or supporting colleagues
• Proactive, commercially aware and comfortable working collaboratively
• Interested in legal innovation and improving how legal services are delivered
