Goal

The mission of the Product Consultant is to ensure customers' strategic, organizational and business challenges are addressed through FRISS solutions that apply to their current and future business environment and operational objectives. The mission of the Product Consultants is further to ensure that customers experience FRISS as a genuine partner.

Responsibilities/Job Summary

The Product Consultant uses in-depth industry knowledge to analyze customers' needs and to provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements such as Know Your Customer (KYC). The Product Consultant will be requested to develop significant expertise across the full Product line of FRISS which beside KYC includes Claims, Underwriting and SIU Case Management systems.

The Product Consultant further collaborates with internal FRISS teams to drive product design by sharing industry expertise; to ensure a positive customer experience by working in consultation with customer success management, product development and support teams; and to support commercial growth by working closely with sales.

Responsibilities/Job Summary

• Provide technical expertise in important pre/post-sales meeting and presentations
• Create documentation that outlines our consulting services and provides guidance for implementation
• Participate in installation, customization and integration of FRISS solutions
• Work on complex projects and manage multiple work streams
• Perform project management for smaller engagements
• Provide ongoing support to clients during projects to ensure that they are satisfied with our services
• Leverage your in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to combat fraud and to increase operational efficiencies
• Coach and train fellow Consultants.
• Manage stakeholders internally and externally
• Contribute to improvements to our solution

Requirements

• Language: Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both written and oral. Preferably also other languages such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Deep knowledge of the insurance industry and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, preferably a background in data and/or business analysis for Claims, Underwriting and/or SIU
• Experience with installation, customization and integration of highly complex architecture and technologies.
• Ability in executing projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirements.
• Experience with working with sales to develop proposals that outline our consulting services.
• Team spirited and collaborative approach, combined with ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data driven mindset.
• Understanding of IT and security.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, or related field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience of integration architecture, SaaS technologies, and a hunger for learning and keeping pace with latest technology trends including AI/ML.
• 3-5 years of insurance industry experience.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices.
