As a Professional Services intern, you will gain hands on experience in cloud computing, develop business acumen, and learn about Amazon's culture. You will work on projects, have the opportunity to obtain the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, and attend professional development events.

The program offers opportunities to specialize in an area of interest including:

• DevOps Specialist - build advanced computing systems that harness continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and utilize the strengths of cloud computing to build scalable and economical systems for clients.
• Cloud Infrastructure Architect - expert in cloud based networking and system rollouts. Specializes in network performance, infrastructure provisioning, and building APIs.
• Application Developer - specialists in designing applications that run natively in the cloud, on virtualized instances, containers, or serverless architectures.
• Data & Analytics - supports services that leverage data and produce business insights, which may include using ML/AI. Helps customers use and integrate Big Data services across EMR, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Apache Cassandra.
• Security Consultant - supports services focusing on enabling security specialists using AWS services including IAM, GuardDuty, Shield, KMS, CloudTrail, CloudHSM, Inspector, etc. Security is job zero at AWS.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university.
• Expected graduation in 2027.
• Interest and aptitude to learn about and deliver cloud based solutions to customers.
• Knowledge of a programming language such as Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++ or the interest and technical ability to learn a programming language.
• Completed or waived the mandatory duty from national military service in Korea (if applicable).
• Legally authorized to work full time in Korea (visa sponsorship not available).
• Proficiency in both Korean and English.
• Applicants must not have restriction on traveling abroad.
• Internship period: 22 June 2026 - 11 Sep 2026. The internship period is subject to change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree in business or a STEM-related field such as computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related fields.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.
• Knowledge of the primary AWS services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, VPC, Route53, and S3.
• Basic experience setting up cloud environments with AWS and infrastructure as code, ops automation, and configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Experience with networking fundamentals, security, databases (relational and/or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows).
