Professional Negligence Claims Specialist

DAC Beachcroft LLP in Bristol seeks an LLP Claims Handler to join the Professional Negligence and Management Liability team. You will handle lower value professional indemnity claims under supervision and develop knowledge of indemnity law, employment practices liability, insurance coverage, and civil procedure rules.

You will draft correspondence, maintain insurer and insured communications, coordinate with experts and external counsel, and perform administrative tasks while upholding the
