Production Worker

Wat je gaat doen As a Production Worker, you will work with aluminium and steel to manufacture a range of products for flexible spaces, including movable partition walls, suspended systems, and roller systems. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who will teach you the trade and gradually give you more responsibility.

Over time, you will develop into an independent Production Worker with a broad technical skill set.

You will contribute to the production and assembly of various technical systems used in locations such as schools and VIP boxes in football stadiums. Your work will be varied, involving different materials, tools, and tasks rather than repeating the same operation all day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling components.
• Processing and working with aluminium and steel.
• Cutting, drilling, and grinding metal components.
• Assembling and finishing various parts.
• Checking your work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintaining your tools and keeping your workspace tidy.
• Working with colleagues to ensure every product is finished properly and meets the required quality standards.

• A gross monthly salary of €2,500 to €2,800, depending on experience.

• A technical MBO qualification is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Experience in metalworking, assembly, or production is an advantage, but you can also start without it.
