- Degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. engineering, supply chain)
- Team Leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience within a mass production environment
- Precise solution oriented character with strong sense of achievement and willingness to drive change proactively
- Enjoys problem solving/investigation of system discrepancies/anomalies
- People oriented with ability to influence team members with different needs to gain their commitment and support to resolve customer problems
- Experience in process excellence and system specifications (SAP R3, SAP AMS, SAP Equipment), MS-Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding / ability to learn new management processes (Quality / Costs / Efficiency / Audit team members / training of team members)
