Kidderminster £15.00 - £16.00 per hour Temporary Contract (3-4 Months) Immediate Start Available Overtime Available

Hewett Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Shop Floor Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing business in Kidderminster.

This is a hands on supervisory role leading a team of approximately 12 operatives within a fast paced production and warehouse environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards and promoting a safe, productive workplace.

• Lead, motivate and support a team of production and warehouse operatives
• Ensure daily production targets and operational plans are achieved
• Monitor attendance, performance and productivity
• Provide coaching, guidance and day to day supervision
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Accurately record production and operational data
• Resolve shop floor issues quickly and effectively

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Shop Floor Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or Production Team Leader
• Experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse or industrial environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
• Proactive approach with the confidence to make decisions

• £15.00 - £16.00 per hour
• Immediate start available
• 3-4 month temporary assignment
• Overtime opportunities
• Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm
