The Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our assembly operations in Barcelona. This role will oversee the daily production of bespoke beer fonts, ensuring that every product meets our exacting standards of craftsmanship, quality, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, service, and the global manufacturing network to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the assembly team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Ensure product quality through adherence to detailed specifications and quality control processes.
• Manage scheduling, materials flow, and inventory related to production orders.
• Be hands on and ready to contribute to all aspects of operations, including logistics and warehouse management.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery for client orders.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace that complies with local health and safety regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency, quality, or cost-effectiveness.
• Train and mentor assembly staff to maintain high skill levels and craftsmanship.
• Communicate regularly with global teams including design, engineering, procurement to troubleshoot production issues or coordinate custom orders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a production or assembly leadership role, preferably in light manufacturing or custom assembly environments.
• Strong hands-on mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with quality assurance processes and production scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is highly valued for collaboration with global teams.
• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background a plus.
