Your new role
As Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the production department. You'll be responsible for allocating and supervising staff across various lines to ensure optimal production efficiency and meet production targets. You'll manage packaging and labelling, and oversee stock rotation and control. You will investigate staff personnel issues at ground level, such as timekeeping and work performance, and report any issues to the department management team. You will ensure that appropriate Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene procedures are implemented at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for the role should have a good level of both verbal and written English with a minimum of 3 years' experience within a Production Supervisor Role within a food manufacturing environment. Ideally, a Level 2 Food Safety qualification would be beneficial for the role. You should also be Computer Literate.
