Production Operator/ Technician (Immediate)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join at the start of something new, giving you the chance to grow with the operation, develop your skills and play an important role as the team and facility expand.

If you have manufacturing or production experience, enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining excellent safety standards, we want to hear from you.

You will:

• Operate production machinery in line with standard operating procedures.
• Set up machinery.
• Carry out product quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Accurately record production data, downtime and scrap.
• Report machine faults, defects and safety concerns promptly.
• Support continuous improvement and waste reduction activities.

The successful candidate:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience operating production machinery.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work shifts where required.
• A forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
