We are recruiting for multiple Production Operators to join a leading manufacturing business based in Castle Bromwich on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a hands-on role operating and maintaining chemical production processes while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are achieved. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment in line with company procedures and quality standards. Complete manufacturing processes safely and efficiently. Carry out routine machine and equipment checks. Identify and report faults, defects, or process issues. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Ensure products are manufactured to specification. Support continuous improvement, 6S, and workplace organisation initiatives. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and customer requirements. About You Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, production, or industrial environment. Strong awareness of health and safety requirements. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Experience Production, manufacturing, machine operating, or process operating experience. Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or 6S principles.
