HRGO Recruitment are recruiting a Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Eastbourne. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering long term stability and development for the right candidate.

Role Summary

As a Production Operator, you will support day to day manufacturing activities, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will work closely with colleagues on the shop floor and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assembling, inspecting, and packing products to required quality standards
• Carrying out regular quality checks throughout the production process
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work area
• Completing basic production records accuratelyReporting faults, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
