Production Operative- Permanent Position

Manpower UK is recruiting a Production Operative - Permanent Position based in Louth. This full time role offers a salary up to £12.83 per hour with day shifts. You will join a manufacturing team operating machinery and handling packing, sorting, and quality checks to ensure food products meet high standards. Transport is provided from designated Louth pick up points. Key skills include attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently within a team.

This permanent contract provides long term security, on site parking, and overtime availability. Maintaining a safe, productive workspace is central to this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating within a busy production environment
• Packing, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch
• Handling materials and components throughout the production process
• Carrying out manual handling duties as required
• Following company quality standards and production procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
• Supporting colleagues to achieve daily production targets
• Adhering to all health and safety policies

• Previous experience within production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing environments

Essential Requirements

• Own transport is required due to the location of the site
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials when necessary
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
• Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods

Working Hours

Day shifts only, no weekends. Start time: 8:00am. Finish time varies depending on production requirements (up to 7:00pm). Full time permanent hours.
