Production Operative needed in Cheltenham, Pay: £12.81 per hour, Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday, Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy industrial environment in Cheltenham. This role involves sorting soiled products, heavy lifting, and supporting the smooth operation of the production process. The position is physically demanding and suited to individuals who enjoy hands on work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Hours:

• £12.81 per hour
• Day shifts Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 16:00
• No weekend work
• Temp to Perm opportunity

What you'll be doing:

• Sorting and processing soiled products
• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties
• Working within a fast paced production environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the work area
• Supporting colleagues to achieve production targets
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members

What we're looking for:

• Good communication skills (spoken and understood English required)

• Previous production, warehouse, or industrial experience is beneficial but not essential
