Production Operative

MPA Coleraine are seeking a Production Operative to join our team in a food production environment located on the outskirts of Coleraine. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support operations and ensure efficiency within the workplace. Rate of pay is £14.30 per hour and an enhanced pay rate is also available for overtime!

You will be required to work 3/4 days per week (a mixture of days and nights). Shifts will either be 6am - 6pm or 6pm-6am on a rota basis.

• Carry out general manual tasks as directed by the supervisor
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the work area
• Operate machinery and equipment under supervision
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Physical stamina to handle manual labour tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

• Temporary to permanent contract. Possibility of going permanent after 13 weeks.
