Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our Sponge Department on a permanent basis in Rossendale.

This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in a manufacturing environment.

A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is highly desirable. Working on continental shift pattern you would need to work day shift & night shift also including working on weekends on some weeks.

Shift hours : 07.00-19.00 / 19.00-07.00

Pay rate : £ 14.27 per hour

Basic pay rate : £12.23 per hour Shift allowance: £2.04 per hour

Contract Type : Permanent contract

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in manufacturing or machine operation Physically fit (heavy lifting involved) Strong attention to detail.

Reliable with good timekeeping Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to communicate in English.
