Production Operative Ashington Day Shift - Starting 7:00am Early Finish on Fridays - £12.71 per hour (Increase after 12 weeks and also upon permanent contract) - Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting Production Operativesto join a well-established confectionery company based in Ashington. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term employment with a company that values reliability, teamwork, and quality.

The Role:

Working as part of a friendly production team, you will be involved in the manufacturing and packing of confectionery products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on production lines preparing and packing confectionery products
• Quality checking products to ensure high standards are met
• Labelling, boxing, and palletising finished goods
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures

Working Hours:

• Day shift starting at 7:00am
• Monday to Friday
• Early finish on Fridays
• Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidates

What We're Looking For:

• Previous production or factory experience preferred (but not essential)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a team

What's On Offer:

• £12.21 per hour
• Pay increase once taken on permanently
• Monday to Friday working (no weekends)
• Early finish every Friday
