Production Operative

We are looking for Production Operatives in the area of Aldridge. The hours of work are Monday to Friday Days Only 6am-2:30pm. This opportunity is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, with a fulltime contract offered after 12 weeks.

Immediate start is available and there is also overtime of x1.5 and x2 for those that want it. Permanent contracts are offered depending on Performance, Punctuality and Time Keeping

Roles and responsibilities as a Production Operative?

• Machine Operating
• Quality Checking
• Filling out basic paperwork
• Stacking Products using FLT

Key Production Operative responsibilities will lie in the following functional areas:

• The production of high-quality products operating production machinery
• The manual packing and movement of heavy products
• Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S's housekeeping and environmental management
• Operations of a range of machines as part of a multi-skilled team
• Ensure areas are inspected / maintained in accordance with local Health & Safety Standards and work within Standard Safe Operating Procedures
