About the Role Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and build a long-term career?We're hiring a Production Operative to join our team in Grimsby. No previous experience is required - full training will be provided. You'll be part of a supportive team working on-site with one of our customers, helping ensure smooth production and high-quality output

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting day-to-day production activities
• Assisting with printing and colour processes
• Following clear procedures and safety guidelines

Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Learning new skills through ongoing training

What We're Looking For

• A reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Commitment to safety
• No prior experience required - full training provided

Requirements

• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
• Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights & weekends)
• No colour vision deficiency (role requires colour accuracy)
