This is an evergreen vacancy, meaning we recruit throughout the year as opportunities become available across our production departments, applying to this role allows you to express current and future interest in opportunities at our Chard Precision Castings vacancy.

Contract Type - Permanent

Shift:

You will work on a rotational shift pattern basis;

Early Shift - Mon-Thurs - 06.00-14.00 / Fri - 06.00-12.00

Afternoon Shift - Mon-Thurs - 14.00-22.00 / Fri - 12.00-18.00

The Role

We are looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in producing high-quality products.

As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
