Production Operative

Location: Ashford

Contract: Temporary (Rolling Contract)

Shift Pattern: 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am- rottating shift

Monday to Friday position with occasional OT over the weekend as and when required

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day production and manufacturing activities
• Operating machinery and equipment in line with procedures
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
• Keeping the work area clean and organised

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (desirable)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
