Shifts:

• Days: 7:00am - 7:00pm
  
  
• Nights: 7:00pm - 7:00am
  
  

Pay Rates:

• Days: £12.75 per hour
  
  
• Nights: £13.36 per hour
  
  

We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our client's busy manufacturing team based in Sunbury-on-Thames.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  
  
• Pack products accurately and securely.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  
  
• Follow production schedules and company procedures.
  
  
• Report any faults, defects, or maintenance issues to supervisors.
  
  
• Support colleagues in achieving daily production targets.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  
  
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
  
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Good timekeeping and a reliable work ethic.
