Production Operative

Production Operative - Temporary Seasonal Role

Location: Harrogate, HG2 - Contract: Temporary (4 6 months)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm (up to 37.5 hours weekly)

Pay: £12.71 per hour for the first 12 weeks, rising to £13.33 thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Operate heat press machinery (full training provided)
• Pick and pack orders with accuracy and care
• Support production runs and keep workflow smooth
• Monitor and organise stock
• Handle general tasks, including lifting, folding, opening and sealing bags
• Maintain excellent production and quality standards
• Perform quality checks
• Operate folding machines
• Provide hands on aptitude and reliability in all tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in production, factory or warehouse work
• Knowledge of print or heat press processes is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Comfortable with physical tasks and being on your feet
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work well in a busy, team focused environment
