Production Operative

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assemble tasks according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate machinery to produce high end doors and maintain smooth production flow.
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure excellence in every product.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Provide timely and proactive support.

Job Details

Pay rates: Early Shift (6 am 2 pm): £13.73/hour, Late Shift (2 pm 10 pm): £14.83/hour, Night Shift (10 pm 6 am): £15.59/hour.
