Our client is looking for Production Operatives to join their busy operation in Cheltenham. Working within a commercial laundry and processing environment, you will be handling soiled linen and textiles through various stages of the production process. This is a varied role where you may be required to work across different departments, supporting the movement, sorting, processing, finishing, and preparation of customer items.

This opportunity would suit someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys practical work, and is looking for long-term employment with the potential of a permanent contract.

Pay & Hours

• £12.81 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts: 07:00/08:00 - 16:00 (depending on workload)
• No weekend working
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting and processing soiled linen and workwear
• Working across different departments as required
• Feeding items into machinery and monitoring production flow
• Checking products for quality and accuracy
• Folding, packing, and preparing items for dispatch
• Following production procedures and workplace instructions
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets
