Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our dynamic and exciting company as a Production Operative as a part of our packaging team. In this role, you will work alongside a skilled team in a fast-paced production environment, contributing to the creation of outstanding spirits. Responsibilities- Perform day-to-day production activities as part of our packaging team for our award-winning spirits according to a designated schedule
- Adhere to quality control guidelines, ensuring consistent production and maintaining high standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Follow strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations
- Collaborate with the warehouse team for effective raw material handling and stock management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in a production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

You will be expected to work a 37.5hour per week
Monday to Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday: 8am - 12pm
Additional InformationWhile we provide comprehensive training, prior knowledge of distilling and reducing spirits, as well as experience in beverage creation and food processing, would be advantageous.
Please note that due to the location, you will need to have your own transport.
RemunerationThe salary for this position is £12.71 per hour.
