Location: Kingstone, Hereford

Pay Rate: £13.66 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays!) 37 hours per week

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a growing team within a specialist manufacturing environment in Kingstone, Hereford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise daily with the Production Manager regarding workload and job allocation
• Follow formulations to prepare, manufacture, and process products
• Collate raw materials required for production
• Complete all relevant documentation and labelling accurately
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safe working practices
• Maintain high standards of quality, food safety, and product integrity
• Assist in the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs)
• Accurately complete and sign batch records
• Report any production deviations or issues
• Ensure production areas and equipment are clean, maintained, and calibrated
• Support with process improvements and evaluate changes when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or food/pharma environment (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
