Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Ellesmere Port

Pay: £15 per hour, paid weekly

Contract Type: Temp to perm

Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm, rotating weeklyKey Production Operative Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment proficiently to produce products according to production sheets - Ensure production meets quality standards- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment- Collect finished product and prepare it for dispatch to the customer- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations and meet daily targets- Accurately complete production reports and other necessary documentation- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture of high-quality performance.

Skills Required:- Excellent attention to detail- Proven ability to follow processes accurately and efficiently- A strong understanding of health and safety practices within a production environment- Previous experience in a production or machine operating position is essential- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
