Production Operative - Temporary Role (4-6 Months)

Location: Rural area - own transport is essential - Co Antrim

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Payment: Weekly

Contract: Temporary (4-6 months) with potential for permanent opportunities

Current: Monday to Friday, 6am-6pm

Upcoming Change:

• Monday to Friday 6am-4pm, and
• Monday to Friday 12pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities

• Working on production lines including tasks such as picking, packing, and general handling
• Ensuring product quality meets required standards
• Following health & safety and hygiene procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Meeting daily performance targets
• Working both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Must have access to your own transport due to rural location
• Ability to work long shifts in a fast paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Previous production or factory experience is desirable but not essential
