Pertemps Redditch Industrial is seeking a Production MIG Welder to join a manufacturing business in Beoley.

• Location: Redditch
• Pay rate: £14.00 per hour
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-12:30pm
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding to a high standard
• Work from engineering drawings and job specifications
• Weld various metal products and components
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate safely and maintain a clean, organised work area
• Support other areas of production when required

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a production welding environment
• Competent in MIG welding
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual and a team player
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Monday to Friday day shifts with early finishes on Fridays
