Location: Hemel HempsteadContract: Full-time, 12-month FTCHourly Rate: £14.45Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm (with paid overtime in busy periods)

We're looking for a hands-on and motivated Production Materials Technician to support day-to-day production operations within a well-established, friendly, and safety-focused manufacturing team.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality products are made safely and consistently. Your day may include:

• Preparing, blending, and handling raw materials according to precise batch instructions
• Monitoring mixing processes and adjusting settings to maintain quality and consistency
• Inspecting, labelling, and packing finished products to high standards
• Reporting equipment issues or product defects promptly
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
• Accurately completing basic production documentation and using Microsoft Office for data entry and communication

What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you bring:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Confidence working with measurements, weights, and basic maths
• Experience using MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow clear instructions
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
• Physical ability to lift materials and stay active throughout your shift
