Your future responsibilities will include: You will plan and organize the activity to ensure objectives and optimize performance, drive your team's performance, distribute the workload, arbitrate priorities and guide the team, provide close technical support, and contribute to the continuous search for improvement. You will help define and deploy standards and good practices.Profile:You hold a degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or a related field. You have at least 5 years of experience in direct management of teams and mastery of Lean tools.
