About Your New Job

• Manage Manufacturing Suites: Oversee a dedicated Manufacturing Suite focusing on Sterile Manufacturing/fill finish and a team producing veterinary pharmaceutical products.
• Drive Performance and Improvement: Embed a continuous improvement culture to deliver customer orders on time and ensure compliance with Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety system.
• Ensure Compliance and Safety: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice principles, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

What Skills You Need

• Educational Background: Degree or third-level qualification in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related area, or at least five years of experience in a Pharma Manufacturing/Packaging environment.
• Management Experience: Minimum of three years in a management role, including managing teams on shift rotas.
• Technical Expertise: Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory, quality, and validation requirements, and experience with Quality Management Systems.
• Leadership and Communication: Ability to motivate and train team members, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience in maintaining a compliant and safe working environment.
