This New Zealand-based company specializes in the manufacture and supply of engineered construction components for residential and commercial building projects. Our clients are seeking a proactive Production Manager to oversee daily operations. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of production, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control
2. Lead and support two direct reports and their production teams
3. Maintain health and safety standards across all production activities
4. Collaborate with internal teams
5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed

About You:

• Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within manufacturing, construction, or a related industry
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders
