The Comédie de Genève plays a key role in promoting the scene of French-speaking Switzerland and that of major European stages. A true production tool dedicated to contemporary works and serving artists, the Comédie de Genève offers a multidisciplinary platform showcasing talent from here and elsewhere. In this context, the Production department seeks to strengthen its team and is looking for a Production Officer (100% position) (for delegated productions and tours).Missions and ResponsibilitiesYou will ensure logistical support and coordination for the artistic teams of delegated productions and tours, according to the established legal and budgetary framework. You will support and assist the Production and Distribution Manager as well as the Production Director, in monitoring the assembly of productions; editing working documents, and all related paperwork including the tracking of invoices and expense reports. You will manage the setup of various activities related to tours and productions. You will accompany artists, alternating with the Production Officer at tour locations. You will assist members of the Production department in their artistic activities and work closely with members of the Production and Troupe departments.Required Qualifications and SkillsMaster's degree in cultural project management, or an equivalent qualification. You have a confirmed experience in the live performance sector, particularly in touring activities, and possess knowledge of the theatrical and choreographic fields. You are proficient in the Office Suite. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required, and knowledge of another language is a plus. Schedules are primarily regular, while requiring mobility and flexibility for traveling on tours in Switzerland or abroad. You are capable of being autonomous and managing priorities. You enjoy versatility, as well as dynamic teamwork. While professional skills and experience are essential for this position, the Comédie de Genève values human skills and adherence to principles of hospitality and open-mindedness.Employment ConditionsType of contract: permanent.
