Job Description

A multichannel print group, delivering services from consultancy and project management through to production and delivery is at the forefront of the industry in terms of innovation and technology.

The Production Director of this communications giant is looking for a deputy to act as number 2, with a view of progressing to Director level in the forthcoming years. This commercially aware professional has a wealth of experience in Direct Mail Operations, and has implemented effective systems, processes and procedures, so they are looking for a similar, pragmatic individual to follow in their footsteps.

The Production Manager they seek is someone who can make their mark and focus on key elements of the production department including Strategic Planning, Budgetary Control, Personnel and Administration.

This managerial role requires someone with outstanding interpersonal skills, who can successfully build and lead a large team. You must be a clear thinker and efficient decision maker, with strong organisation skills. The successful candidate will take pride in their job, showing a dedication to executing flawless products for every customer to get the best possible solutions and optimise their communications.

Responsibilities
