This hands on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced production environment, comes with the following responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor all steps of the corrugated carton production process (from the raw kraft to the finished products)
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues in collaboration with the Maintenance Team
• Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards
• Collaborate with all teams to optimize output
• Collaborate with commercial team to suggest cost effectiveness in product formulation to win customers
• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in corrugated carton or packaging production
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with boiler, glue kitchen and flexographic printing equipment
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and lead his teamGood communication skills and a proactive mindset
