Job Description

Mid/Late March starts Production Operatives

  • Temporary Ongoing
  • Monday to Friday Location: Haydock Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00 (1 hour unpaid break) Total Hours: 45 hours per week £12.71 an hour
  • Salary Equivalent: £29,741 per annum Contract: Temporary ongoing Please note: This is an ongoing temporary role; however, there may be rare occasions when production slows and shifts are not required for 1-2 days.

You will be informed in advance whenever possible.

The Role We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-paced logistics environment operating on a brand-new high-speed production line.

You'll be part of a team of 8-10 operatives, working together to keep the line running efficiently.

This is highly physical, fast-paced work where dexterity, speed, and consistency are essential.

The line does not stop

  • it produces 8 packs per minute, so you must be comfortable working at pace.

Key Duties Include: Working on a high-speed packing line, placing flavoured cans into packs Wrapping, twisting, bending, and assembling product components Building and making up flat-packed cardboard packaging Keeping up with the pace of 8 packs per minute Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workstation Working collaboratively within a supportive production team What We're Looking For: Experience in a fast-paced or high-speed production environment is essential Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Reliable, positive, and able to work consistently at pace A team player with good communication skills Why Apply?
