Production Employee IBC Department Mauser Oosterhout 5-Shift System

As a Production Employee in the IBC department, you play an important role in the production process. You will work in a 5-shift system and help ensure everything runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

• Assemble steel pallets and frames for industrial containers.
• Prepare and finish metal components for production.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Solve small technical issues to keep the production line running.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

• Hourly wage between €16.82 and €21.53, including allowances.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Part-time role with a minimum of 32 hours per week.

• Available for 5-shift schedules, including weekends and nights.
• Own transportation to Oosterhout is required.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English at B1 level or higher.
• Previous production experience is a plus but not mandatory.
