Production Employee - Uniekaas

Wat je gaat doen What You'll Do
You'll help prepare our famous Gouda cheese for supermarkets. It's hands-on work in a clean, modern factory - and your effort really makes a difference.
Your tasks:

• Lift and move cheese blocks (up to 15 kg)
• Use a machine to shave off the crust
• Stack cleaned cheese on pallets
• Move pallets with an EPT
• Keep your workspace clean and safe
• Work together with your team to meet daily goals

You'll work in 3 shifts:

• Morning: 06:00 - 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00
• Night: 22:00 - 06:00

• Hourly pay: €17.23 + bonuses
• Shift bonuses: % evenings (18:00 - 22:00), % nights (22:00 - 07:00)
• Performance bonus: up to €2.00/hour
• Holiday pay: 8.33%

• Full-time job (36-40 hours/week)
• Chance for a permanent contract
• Training opportunities, like EPT certification

Functie-eisen

• Physically fit (able to lift up to 15 kg)
• Available for all 3 shifts
• Own transport and housing
• EPT experience is a plus - or willing to learn
• Basic education (vmbo-level) and interest in production work
